Innovation & Sustainability
Our commitment to quality requires us to prioritise sustainability.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of our managers, colleagues and trainees. We also strive to promote their health and improve the quality of life for the people in our community.
In addition, we adhere to certain environmental principles. In this way, we successfully balance the three core aspects of sustainability.
Innovation
Our commitment for your benefit

Sustainability 2
Economic Principles
As a manufacturer of cutting tools for sliding headstock automatic lathes, we offer you the advantage of producing your products significantly more cost-effectively with our high-quality and durable precision tools.
- Even the targeted use of tools without changing the feed rate leads to longer tool life and greater efficiency.
- The base substrate of our cutting material has high wear resistance and is therefore more resistant to wear than the interrupted cut produced during a milling operation.
- Using a higher number of cutting edges generates fewer vibrations, which leads to reduced wear. This significantly increases the service life of the cutting edges.
- In addition, you can regrind the cutting edge and reuse it.
Sustainability 3
Environmental Principles
Environmentally conscious manufacturing is a fundamental corporate objective for us. As a traditional, medium-sized Swiss family-run business in the metalworking industry, we have a direct impact on the environment. We consider it our duty to operate in a resource-efficient manner and to preserve our natural resources. That is why we take great care to minimise the environmental impact as much as possible when developing new products, services and technologies.
We achieve this through:
- the targeted and economical use of available resources
- the use of state-of-the-art machinery with low energy consumption and the lowest possible environmental impact
- the recycling and reuse of removed swarf

Social Principles
Long-term approach
We take into account at an early stage all conceivable developments, disruptive factors and trends that could influence the situation under assessment.
Fairness:
Everyone directly or indirectly involved in a development, operational or decision-making process has insight into the overall process or the individual sub-processes at all times. This ensures transparency and enables everyone to contribute their expertise.
Holistic approach:
We ensure that we always keep spatial, temporal and practical aspects in mind throughout all complex processes.
