multidec®-WHIRLING is a multi-edge thread whirling tool system which, unlike thread turning, finishes the thread burr-free in a single pass. Even materials that are difficult to machine can be processed to the tightest tolerances.

Thanks to maximum concentricity, special cutting geometries and optimal chip control, surfaces can be produced burr-free and to the highest quality in a single production process.

Whirling produces short chips that are easy to remove. This further increases
process reliability and significantly improves working efficiency, even with materials that are difficult to machine, such as titanium

The ability to grind concave radii down to 0.03 mm enables us to meet the highest quality and precision requirements.
