multidec^®-LUB

The principle of integrated cooling is consistently implemented in this range. UTILIS offers you, the user, two options for optimising your cooling.

The first option is a complete tool plate, consisting of a tool plate and clamping wedges, in which the coolant is directed through the plate and via the clamping wedge directly to the cutting edge. The second option involves replacing the existing original clamping wedges on your original tool plate with multidec®-LUB clamping wedges, which also direct the coolant directly to the cutting edge.

The first option is slightly more complex, but has the major advantage that only a single coolant connection to the tool plate is required. Coolant manifolds and connecting hoses are completely eliminated.

With the second option, you retain your original tooling plate and simply replace the original clamping wedges with multidec®-LUB clamping wedges, connecting these to your cooling unit.
