UTILIS TOOL ADVISOR - CUTTING DATA RECOMMENDATIONS

The UTILIS Tool Advisor supports you in the selection of suitable cutting values for multidec®-CUT inserts.
Two steps are sufficient to obtain the machining recommendation:

(1) Select article (article number, order designation).
(2) Select material (material number, ISO designation, etc.)

Currently only available for multidec®-CUT inserts!

Information on the application of the cutting data recommendations

The maximum values can be applied under optimal conditions (internally cooled holders, stable environment, ...). Minimum recommendations apply when higher values cannot be achieved, sufficient cooling cannot be provided or the machining situation is not optimal for various other reasons.

Please note that these are guide values (all information is therefore without guarantee). Often, success lies in the detail, which is why cutting data should always be adapted to the respective machining situation.
